Palurks are fairly similar to humans. The core differences reside with the pale, leather-like skin covering their bodies, and their large, round ears that rest lower on the head. Their lack of melanin leads most Palurks to carry sunbrellas on the surface while being wrapped in many layers. These extra layers do not overheat the Palurk. In fact, touching a Palurk is quite the shock! The skin of the Palurk is quite cool to the touch. If you ever get the opportunity to see the face of a Palurk, you will also notice their uniquely black and glossy eyes.
