Thronks are hard creatures, being made up primarily of a variety of rocks and minerals. The stance of a Thronk is particularly peculiar. The legs of a Thronk are shorter than the arms; the length of the Thronk's waist and torso make up for this discrepancy.
Each Thronk has a lump of protective shielding where its core is hidden away. The location of this core varies from thronk to thronk, but most opt to locate their core between their waist and neck. Though not necessary, some Thronks opt to add a lump above the shoulders to serve as a mimic head.
The voice of a Thronk emits from the core.

The different clans of Thronks were formed largely based on geography. The Thronkian pronunciation of each clan is challenging, as such it is common just to refer to them by the type of geography they are located
Cavernous Thronks are primarily made up of limestone and dolomite. They noticeably have stalagmites growing from their heads.
Plains Thronks are primarily made up of sandstone and chalk. They are also often covered in dirt and many rock flowers and grass on their head and shoulders
Magmatic Thronks are often larger than the average Thronk, with a smooth body of basalt and magnetite. Many also have a streak of orange magma held within and surrounding their core.
Tundra Thronks are composed primarily of granite, limestone, and shale. Around their core, you will often see crystals of ice forming on the rock.
Elestial Thronks are covered in speckles of elestial quartz but have two core crystals of quartz. These two crystals have special properties and regrow very quickly, leading most Thronks to give each a name.
Imbue Essence
Tear off a piece of quartz and plant it on a boulder to imbue your essence with it. The boulder then takes on the stats of Elestial Buddy
Thronks bearing the Moss Opal are often quite gentle and more attuned with nature.
